Roberto Gutiérrez

Roberto was first exposed to kayaking on the Jatunyacu river in Ecuador in 2001. Since then the longest time he has gone with out being in a kayak was the 5 months he spent in New Mexico(no water in NM). Roberto is a 4 Star BCU paddler and always trying to improve upon that. The majority of his experience and instruction have been in touring kayaks, but Roberto is happiest when instructing(any aspect of kayaking) or kayak surfing. Look for him at Scripps Pier or Sunset Cliffs.
