Canoeing is a great activity in itself and fun for the whole family! It's also excellent training for kayakers wishing to develop their blade awareness and increase their skill level. British Canoe Union (BCU) 2 star award now requires basic proficiency in both a canoe and a kayak. A couple of canoe sessions, along with our sea kayaking 1 and 2 classes, will prepare you to acheive the 2 Star award. For more about the 2 Star Award click on 2* syllabus and/or 2* notes.
