San Diego Bay
On this popular tour, we'll paddle to Anthony's Fish Grotto to enjoy their delicious seafood treats! We'll meet at the Shelter Island boat ramp at 6 p.m. and travel a couple of miles to Anthony's. We'll tie up our kayaks at their dock and enjoy a fine dinner while taking in the ambience. On our return paddle, as we burn those calories, we'll enjoy the sunset and city lights. We'll return to Shelter Island about 9pm.
Mission Bay
New for 2005, this tour will depart from the docks by our store on Quivira basin and set a liesurely pace for Vacation Island and the Barefoot bar, a renowned oasis for tourists and recreational boaters on Mission Bay. On the return paddle, we'll pass Sea World, where we may see penguins chilling out and fireworks illuminating the way.
Note: Please wear warm, synthetic clothing like nylon, fleece, or polypropylene (Jeans are not allowed!) and bring an extra jacket to wear during dinner. And bring a flashlight! This is a Coast Guard requirement and you must have one to participate!
