We'll take you on a kayak tour of Mission Bay under the stars, and then...BOOM, BANG, BOOM...the SeaWorld fireworks display starts. Our front row seats are an exciting place to be! After the show, as we paddle leisurely back to the docks, we may get to see some California sea lions, shore birds, and the bioluminesence--an underwater fireworks show courtesy of Mother Nature.
This is a great tour for the whole family and no experience is necessary. Whether you have never kayaked before or are a seasoned pro, this tour is for you.
We'll meet at Aqua Adventures and launch our kayaks from our docks. Depending on wind, weather, and whims, we'll explore some portion of Mission Bay's 2500 acres of water. We'll pass by a bait barge covered with a variety of bird species and frequented by free-loading sea lions before taking our front row seats for the nightly Sea World fireworks! Please wear synthetic clothing that dries quickly like nylon, fleece, or polypropylene (jeans are not allowed!) and bring a windbreaker (available to rent from Aqua Adventures for $5). IMPORTANT: You will need a flashlight!
