Every Thursday evening, we host a social paddle at Aqua Adventures Kayak Center on Mission Bay. These kayaking tours are free if you provide your own kayak and gear, or just $15 for kayak rental. This is a great way to get out on the water on a regular basis and meet other paddlers. Attending a few of these tours will help prepare you for longer kayak trips. Please meet at about 5:30 p.m. so we can be on the water at 6:00 sharp! We'll kayak for about two hours. Flashlights are a Coast Guard requirement after dark, so bring one during the Winter. You can purchase them here if you forget. Please wear synthetic clothing, like nylon, fleece, or polypropylene (Jeans are not allowed.) and bring a windbreaker.
