Have you ever been interested in foam rolling but are not sure where to start? Join Dr. Maddie Wallace and Shawn Marshall for a Foam Rolling Workshop Sunday, February 24th at 10AM!⠀
Foam rolling is a self-myofascial release technique that alters the neuromuscular input to the brain and promotes greater balance within the system. From athletes to weekend warriors, foam rolling has become a staple in training programs worldwide. It’s ability to release tension from the muscles, release knots and adhesion and decrease scar tissue, results in a form of self massage…only way more affordable and available as often as you need it.
This class includes
- One high quality, full round, 18′ dense foam roller (the good one!)
- Detailed 48 page Self Myofascial Release manual by world class instructor Mike Robertson
- Hands on instruction and practice on proper foam roller technique and how to apply the appropriate pressure
- Learn how to integrate foam rolling as a warm up to your workouts, your at home recovery and mobility program and as a tool for self relaxation.

Followed by an “Ask the Doc & Trainer” session for anyone who would like to stay
