Cancellation Policy

Cancellations: Full payment is required at the time of reservation to reserve your place on any local tour or lesson and rentals.

Full Refund: We reserve the right to change any itinerary to match existing conditions. If we must cancel due to unsafe or unsuitable weather or sea conditions (as determined by our qualified staff), you will have your choice of credit, or a full refund. We are not responsible for non-refundable hotel or transportation costs.

Full Refund: If you cancel more than 24 hours before your rental, tour or lesson, you will receive a refund or credit (your choice).

No Refund: No refund or credit will be given if you cancel less than 24 hours before your rental, tour or lesson for any reason, including those beyond your control. You may substitute another paddler provided they meet any skill or experience requirements.

Aqua Adventures’ Duffy of San Diego Boat Rentals allows your party to captain your own boat, join a public cruise or book a private boat tour on Mission Bay!

No boating license required.

Duffy party boat rental is the perfect way to enjoy the day or an afternoon with your friends and family, cruising the calm waters of Mission Bay. Mission Bay has several great places to tie up and dine or you may bring your own assortment of food and beverages on-board. The boat is as easy as driving a golf cart and goes 5 mph. You have to be 21 years old to drive a Duffy Boat and have valid identification. We will go over how to drive the boat before you depart.

Boat rentals range from 90 minutes to 3 hours and can accommodate up to 11-12 adults comfortably.

Each Duffy boat has a full canopy top, full window enclosures, built-in cooler and Stereo with Bluetooth, so don’t forget to bring along your favorite music. You may also bring your own assortment of food and beverages on board.
