Cancellation Policy

Cancellations: Full payment is required at the time of reservation to reserve your place on any local tour or lesson and rentals.

Full Refund: We reserve the right to change any itinerary to match existing conditions. If we must cancel due to unsafe or unsuitable weather or sea conditions (as determined by our qualified staff), you will have your choice of credit, or a full refund. We are not responsible for non-refundable hotel or transportation costs.

Full Refund: If you cancel more than 24 hours before your rental, tour or lesson, you will receive a refund or credit (your choice).

No Refund: No refund or credit will be given if you cancel less than 24 hours before your rental, tour or lesson for any reason, including those beyond your control. You may substitute another paddler provided they meet any skill or experience requirements.

Cost: $30 for 90 minute minimum rental, $5 each additional 30 minutes

Our 2 person kayaks are a great way to experience the bay, get outdoors and get some exercise! It’s great for kids or your furry friend. All our rentals come with life jackets and our staff can point you in the right direction to see local wildlife, sandy beaches, and all the great ways to experience the bay.

Reservations are not required but highly recommended.

Please Note: Your reservation start time will begin at the designated time that you choose. Please arrive 15 minutes early to complete Rental agreements. Due to high demand and time restraints please have your party here early and ready to begin your rental at the designated time.

Minimum rental time is 90 minutes, additional 30 minute increments are $5. If you have any questions or need the vessel for a longer time period, please call us at 619-523-9577.
