Returns & Refunds
- All vessel (kayaks, stand up paddleboards, surfski, canoes, outriggers, etc.) sales made in our showroom or online are final
- All special and custom ordered items are not returnable
- All refunds, except for purchases made by bankcards and credit cards, are issued by check from our Corporate Office and mailed to your home. Please allow ten (10) business days once your check has cleared
- Deposits on accounts with no activity for more than 30 days can be used for in-store credit only
- You may make changes to your order up until your order has begun being processed. Please contact us by email at email@example.com with the order modifications you would like. Please note that not all changes can be guaranteed as the order may be too far into the shipping process. Ensuring that your order is correct in your Shopping Cart is always the best policy to save any disappointment at a later date.
- All balances must be paid in full 48 hours before delivery
- At the time of delivery, please look over your merchandise.
- All kayak/stand up paddleboard/ surfski and canoe sales are final and cannot be returned.
- Manufacturer delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed

Purchases on our web site require the purchaser to be present at the time of pickup to show valid picture ID and the credit card used.
